When it comes to BBQ, do you prefer a gas grill or charcoal grill? This is an ongoing debate. The simplicity of gas grills appeal to the mass but for certain people who take barbecuing a little more seriously, charcoal is the way to go. I personally use a 22″ Weber grill.

The key difference in these two methods of barbecuing is with charcoal, this provides a far more smokey flavor versus a normal gas grill. Though the preparation time is quicker with a gas grill compared to charcoal grill.
